Frustrating

I've built up 4 days worth of photos that I'd like to post but the internet connection is soooo slow. I'll get them up as soon as I can.

Getting started

My first blog, let's see how this works. I'll be keeping this as more of a picture blog so you can see what I see while I'm circling the Hawaiian islands for the next 8 months.
The name of this blog was inspired by a topic we discussed in our "Personal Safety" class today. The instructor spoke about pirates and informed us of some "Known piracy areas". When I heard that I jotted it down and wrote next to it "Blog name".
